Questions
I cannot find eStatements & advices in the OCBC app.
That menu is gone. OCBC moved every electronic document under More → Services → Documents – Statements & Letters on 30 June 2026. Any guide that still names the old menu is out of date.
My OCBC statement asks for a password.
Statements OCBC emailed before June 2026 were locked. The copy from the app or internet banking is not. If you only have the emailed copy: Open it with your password, then use Print → Save as PDF to make a copy without the password, and send that one.
