Download your PayLah statement as a PDF

The exact taps, as a short video and as a list. Then forward the PDF to monies on Telegram, and it shows you your spending and how many months your savings can cover.

On your phone

In the DBS PayLah! app:

  1. More
  2. eStatements
  3. Log in
  4. Pick the month
  5. The share icon at the top right
  6. Telegram → monies → Send
  7. Open Telegram. The PDF is in the monies chat.

On Android, the PDF may just be saved to your phone. Then open the monies chat, tap 📎, choose File and search your internal storage for it.

On a computer

PayLah is app-only, so grab the PDF on your phone first (More → eStatements), send it to your Telegram Saved Messages, then forward it to monies from your computer.

Good to know

  • The PayLah! app shows the last 60 days of transactions. Anything older is in the monthly eStatement. Source: DBS: PayLah! transaction history
  • PayLah! has no website. The eStatement is only in the app, and viewing it asks for your digibank login.
  • The share icon sends a PDF, so Telegram receives a file, not a picture.

Then send it to monies

Forward the PDF to the monies bot in Telegram. The statement is read in memory and never stored. Only the list of transactions is kept, and only you can see it. Your first 5 statements are free, and there is no bank login and no card to enter.

Send it to monies

Questions

Why does my PayLah statement show a wallet balance?

The Total line on a PayLah statement is the closing balance of the wallet, your previous balance plus the month’s movement. monies shows that balance as the PayLah account, separate from your bank accounts.

Does PayLah export a CSV?

Not that DBS publishes. The eStatement PDF is the record, and monies reads the PDF directly.
